BIkeU Privacy and Cookies Policy

 

 

1. General information

Thank you for your interest in our website. Privacy protection is important to us.

In order to implement the principle of lawful, reliable and transparent processing of your personal data when using our services, we adopt a document called the Privacy and Cookies Policy ("Privacy Policy").

The Privacy Policy specifies how we care for your personal data and your rights.

In this document, we would like to inform you about the type of data collected by BIkeU sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warszawa, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000443118, REGON: 146369479, NIP: 5213639556, share capital: PLN 25,000.00, information in connection with the use of the website: http://www.bra.org.pl/ "Website") and explain how this information is used.

We also inform you that the Website contains links to external websites that are not covered by this Privacy Policy. This means that through a link posted on our Website, you will be redirected to an external website for which BikeU is not responsible, in particular it is not responsible for the principles of collecting and processing information regarding users using these external websites.

By using the Website, the User agrees to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

All capitalized terms in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Regulations of the Bydgoski Rower Aglomeracyjny System, unless otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy.

BIkeU, we, our – BikeU sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warszawa.

Customer – BRA System User who registered in the BRA System on the website, accepted the Regulations and the Agreement and paid the initial fee/deposit of PLN 10.00 gross (in words: ten zlotys and 00/100).

Regulations – Regulations of the BRA System.

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Freebike – supplier of technical and ICT infrastructure. Freebike is a provider of an IT system in which registration is necessary to use the BRA System.

Website - a website belonging to BikeU, within which BikeU provides its services at: https://www.bra.org.pl

BRA System - technical and ICT infrastructure operating 24 hours a day, software, devices and bicycles, used to provide unattended, short-term bicycle rental services, hereinafter also referred to as the "Service" and "Rental".

3. Collection and processing of personal data

As is the case with most websites, the following data is routinely collected when visiting our Website: the name of the operator (IP address, anonymous), the website from which you entered our Website, the subpages of the Website visited, the browser type and the date and duration of the visit. This information is evaluated anonymously and cannot be used to identify visitors to the Website. The information collected is used solely to improve the attractiveness and functionality of the Website. To this end, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational steps to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

In addition, BIkeU may collect and process user data in the form of name and surname and e-mail address and possibly other data provided voluntarily by the user (e.g. telephone number) in order to send inquiries or submit comments on the operation of the Website. In such a case, providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to answer the question. By providing personal data, the user agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purposes of establishing contact and answering questions. If we receive personal data to answer your question, we store the data received securely. Only persons with special authorizations to access this personal data will have access to the user's personal data provided.

Received in the above-mentioned purposes, we may disclose personal data to third parties only for the purpose of establishing return contact and answering questions, and when there is a legal basis for doing so. The recipients of customer personal data may be:

a) entities acting on our behalf on our behalf, which provide and support BikeU's ICT systems as the operator of the BRA system (general ICT infrastructure, e-mail, etc.).

In the case of entities providing services to BikeU (i.e. acting on its behalf and on its behalf), BIkeU will conclude an agreement to entrust data processing, and the data will be entrusted only to entities guaranteeing an appropriate level of security of the entrusted personal data.

The User has the right to access his data, the right to request its rectification and the right to request its deletion, the right to limit the processing, transfer, object to the processing of data and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data, subject to the principles arising from the provisions on the protection of personal data. The received personal data will be processed only for the period necessary to answer the question. When data is no longer required to be stored, it will be deleted or anonymized in a secure and permanent manner, or access to it will be blocked to the extent required by applicable personal data retention regulations.

We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data. The website to which the user is redirected in order to register in the BRA System uses encrypted data transmission (SSL), which ensures the protection of data identifying you and significantly hinders the interception of access to your data by unauthorized systems or persons.

4. Cookies

When you visit our Website, we may send cookies to your computer or device you are using. We use cookies to remember your preferences and to understand how you use the Website.

Cookies are used to identify the user and correctly attribute historical data collected during previous visits to the Website.

We use both temporary (for one session) and permanent cookies. You can delete cookies from your browser at any time or block cookies from being placed on your device, but this may affect the functioning of our Website or even block it.

Cookies are not used by BikeU for advertising purposes.

Although BikeU does not use Flash cookies, some external service providers, such as Google Analytics, may use such files through our Website.

Cookies are stored on the user's computer and enable analysis of how the user uses the Website.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

By appropriately configuring your browser, you can prevent the storage of cookies at any time (disable the collection of cookies and delete them). Some features of our Website may not work if you disable the use of cookies. It is still possible to disable analysis by Google Analytics by enabling the opt-out cookie function.

6. Final provisions

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect such changes, changes in applicable laws or improvements in BikeU's data processing. Information on the date of entry into force of the Privacy Policy (also in the new version) will be included in the content of the Privacy Policy.
